Ajahn Brahm: Ajahn Brahm is the Abbot of Bodhinyana Monastery in Western Australia and the Spiritual Director of the Buddhist Society of Western Australia. Born in London in 1951, he graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in Theoretical Physics. At the age of twenty-three he was ordained as a Buddhist monk in Thailand. In 1983, he assisted in the establishment of a forest monastery near Perth, Western Australia. He is a well-attained meditator with great insight and humour, known for his inspiring and enlightening talks. He regularly teaches in Australia, Malaysia and Singapore and visits many other countries as a guest speaker and teacher.
