About the Author
The Happy Buddha is a member of the Triratna Buddhist Order. He has led courses, workshops, and retreats throughout Europe and Australia on the art of happiness, and the art of compassion. He is the co-founder of Mindfulness CIC, mindfulnesscic.co.uk, a company offering mindfulness and compassion meditation and training both to the general public, and to the business, healthcare, and education sectors. His Buddhist name, Suryacitta, means “he whose heart is like the sun” and he is the author of Happiness and How It Happens (2011).
